Chatham Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chipped beef
3 chicken breasts, split
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
4 oz. cream cheese
parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Place chipped beef in 10 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken on top of beef. Mix together the sour cream, soup and cream cheese. Pour over beef and chicken. Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake for 2 hours.
