Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In a bowl combine eggs and milk.
    Stir in bread crumbs, onions, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
    Pat mixture in an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
    Spoon off excess fat.
