Black Bean And Shrimp In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. olive oil
chopped large onion
celery stalk, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt to taste
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. parsley
sprinkle of red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (whole) with liquid
2 (16 oz.) cans black beans, drained
1 lb. large shrimp, deveined and shelled
Preparation

In large skillet over high heat, cook onion and celery for 5 minutes in 2 teaspoons hot oil.
Add chili powder and cook one minute.
Add tomatoes with liquid, salt, oregano and red pepper flakes to taste.
Heat to boiling, stirring to break tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes at reduced heat, uncovered, stirring once in a while.
