Ginger Sparkplug Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium carrots
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Peel carrots and cut in 1/2-inch slices.
Put in buttered 1-quart casserole dish.
Mix lemon juice and seasonings; pour over carrots.
Dot with margarine.
Cover and bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 1 hour, or until carrots are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
