Nutty Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. broken pecans (1/2 c. in mix and 1/2 c. on top)
    shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients well (hold out 1/2
    cup nuts for topping).
    Pour into well-oiled Corning Ware dish.
    Place
    1/2
    cup nuts on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
