Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers or equivalent amount
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 bottle soy sauce (5 oz. size)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut up fryers or chicken pieces.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake 2 hours or more at 325\u00b0.
    Sauce is delicious over rice.
