Onion Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
    dash of Tabasco
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender; cool slightly.
    Add salt, sour cream and 1 cup Cheddar cheese; set aside.
    Combine egg, milk, creamed corn and Tabasco.
    Mix well.
    Lightly mix in corn muffin mix.
    Do not overmix; leave some lumps.
