Almond Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper or 1/8 tsp. canned red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 medium green peppers
4 green onions
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Cut up chicken, onions and green peppers.
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch.
Add in next 5 ingredients.
Add oil to wok or electric frypan.
Cook green peppers and onions.
Remove from pan. Cook almonds for 1 to 2 minutes.
Put in all chicken; add sauce until thick.
Then add vegetables and almonds.
Cover and cook 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
