Rice Florentine Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen vegetables (Florentine, Parisian or Oriental style)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. instant rice
2 c. prepared chicken bouillon
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Bring bouillon broth, vegetables and spices to full boil. (Vegetables may need to be chopped into smaller pieces before adding.)
Remove from heat and stir in rice.
Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Fluff lightly before serving.
Serve with sliced chicken or turkey.
