Shrimp Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. butter, divided
2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. unseasoned croutons
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) fish, cleaned and dressed
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. white wine
1 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat broth, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Arrange fish in broth mixture and simmer for 3 minutes. Place fish in a baking dish.
