Beef Rollettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tenderloin
    mustard
    sliced carrots
    sliced Polish dill pickles
    1 can College Inn beef broth
Preparation
    Slice tenderloin very thin (you may also use thin sliced sandwich steaks).
    Pieces should be about 4 1/2 x 3-inch.
    Spread mustard on steak and put two pieces each of carrots and pickles on top.
    Roll and fasten each with toothpicks.
    Lightly brown in frying pan and add beef broth.
    Simmer lightly until done.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and tossed salad.
