Sausage Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) Pie crust (not deep dish)
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    2 heaping tsp. flour
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes-crushed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cups lite cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Heat oven 425 degrees.
    Bake pie shells about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
    In medium skillet brown sausage.
    Drain; reserve 2 Tbsp. fat.
    Cook onions and green pepper in fat until brown and tender.
    Stir in sausage.
    Spoon into pie shells.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    In medium bowl beat eggs add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cheese and sausage mixture.
    Bake 30 or 35 minutes or until done.
