Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch (2 1/2 lb.) asparagus
salt
6 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. steak sauce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation

Cook asparagus in boiling salted water by any preferred method.
Put in shallow 2-quart baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan and mix 2 tablespoons of crumbs.
Set aside.
