Dan'S Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) medium green pepper, diced
    1 small jalapeno, diced (use plastic gloves)
    1 medium white onion, diced
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 oz. lemon juice
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped finely
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate leftovers. Serve with taco chips.
    Makes approximately 1/2 gallon.
