Southern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. white corn meal
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a large pan, bring milk to a boil.
    Stir corn meal into boiling milk, cook until very thick, 3 to 5 minutes stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
