Southern Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in a small bowl.
    In a large bowl, cream the sugar with melted butter.
    Add egg and yeast mixture. Stir in flour until well mixed.
    Place dough in airtight container, filling not more than 2/3 full.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before baking.
    Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until brown.
