Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 jar mashed canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Set aside.
    Combine last 3 ingredients into large skillet and bring to a boil.
    Add meatballs to skillet.
    Cover and simmer on low for approximately 1 hour, basting regularly.
    Kids love these. Especially if served with macaroni and cheese.
