Polish Kluski - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw potatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    butter
Preparation
    Drain; squeeze the grated potatoes.
    Add the egg and flour. Form into small balls or drop from a tablespoon into a pot of salted boiling water.
    Cook until they float.
    With a slotted spoon, transfer to a hot platter.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Pour over the Kluski.
