4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. caramel syrup
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pie crust
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, salt and milk; bring to a boil.
Add caramel syrup.
Gradually cook until mixture thickens. Add egg yolks and cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla.
Pour into pie crust and chill.
