Chuck Wagon Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 - 2 1/2 lb. round or chuck steak
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bottled BBQ sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. sliced, stuffed olives
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and rub into meat, both sides.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet or Dutch oven.
    Brown meat on all sides. Blend broth, water, BBQ sauce and chili powder.
    Pour over meat; cover and cook 1 hour.
    Add green peppers and olives.
    Simmer 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer.
    Great served over rice or with mashed potatoes.
