Sticky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. ketchup
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
3/8 tsp. garlic
cut up chicken

Preparation

Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Add chicken.
Thoroughly coat.
Place chicken in baking pan and pour remaining sauce on. Cook, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven for the first hour and 400\u00b0 for the last half hour.
Turn chicken after 45 minutes.
