Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 10-inch pie shell

Preparation

Place defrosted strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl of electric mixer.
Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes or until mixture is stiff and holds shape.
