Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. instant rice
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. onion flakes
2 Tbsp. green pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of cayenne
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. chopped cooked ham or 1 can
2 (4 oz.) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 bay leaf, crumbled
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.
