Apple Bean Bake(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

48 oz. jar Great Northern beans
2 large Granny Smith apples (3 c.)
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Melt butter.
Add cubed apples and cook until tender.
Add brown and white sugars.
Cook until sugars are melted.
Stir in cinnamon, catsup and molasses.
Add beans and mix well.
Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
