Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 fresh peaches
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
5 slices white bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter an 8-inch dish or pan.
Cut off crusts and cut each piece into 5 fingers.
Place fruit in bottom of pan.
Lay bread fingers over fruit.
Beat together egg, sugar, flour and melted margarine.
Drizzle over bread fingers.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Canned fruit may be used, if drained.
Use about equivalent of fresh fruit.
