Polish Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lightly beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    5 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Pour batter by 1/2 cupfuls onto a lightly greased, hot griddle or frypan and spread to form a 5-inch circle.
    Turn when bubbles form.
    Cook on second side until golden brown and apples are tender.
    Spread with powdered sugar, if desired. Delicious!
