Solitaire Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (14 oz.) bag sweetened flaked coconut
    40 Hershey's Solitaire cake
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 large baking sheets.
    Mix sugar and eggs at high speed.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat until blended.
    Beat in butter and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut. Drop dough with tablespoon onto baking sheets.
    Shape into balls.
    Press 1 Solitaire candy into each cookie.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until firm and coconut browns.
    Let cool.
