Meat Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. minced garlic (ready to use garlic; comes in 4.5 oz. jar)
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 c. olive oil (can substitute canola oil)
Preparation

Mix together everything except oil.
Slowly add oil, mixing well.
Pour over chicken or steak and leave overnight (or at least 8 hours).
