Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb. yellow squash, cooked
2 large carrots, grated
1 medium onion, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
butter to taste
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Mash seasoned squash slightly and mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix together.
Grease casserole and cover bottom with stuffing mix.
Add squash mixture and cover top with remaining buttered stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
