Egg Strata(This Is Great For A Brunch!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

bread, crust removed (enough to cover bottom of glass dish)
1 lb. sausage, drained
2 tsp. mustard
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Put slices of bread in dish.
Cook sausage.
Add mustard and mushrooms.
Sprinkle this over bread.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over cheese.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, pop in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
