Ingredients

1 qt. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 4/5 c. sugar
1 qt. cream
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
Preparation

Cook until it coats spoon.
Cool and add 1 package Knox gelatine, 1 quart cream and 1 quart milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture in can.
Add teaspoon vanilla.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
