Ranch-Style Potato Slices(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1 c. water
    1 c. prepared cheese sauce, heated
    1 c. prepared Ranch salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place potato slices in nonstick 8-inch square
    pan.
    Pour water over; cover and bake potatoes until tender, but not crumbly (about 40 minutes).
    Drain.
    Mix dressing and cheese sauce.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with green onion and bacon.
    Serve while warm.
