Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (about 11 medium) potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    After removing lumps from potatoes, add cream cheese and butter in small pieces. Mix in sour cream. Mix milk, eggs and onions. Add salt and pepper. Beat well. Place in greased casserole; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
