Cranberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cranberries
    1 c. raisins
    2 oranges
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Pick over cranberries; wash. Add raisins.
    Peel oranges; remove seeds.
    Combine fruits and chop.
    Add sugar, salt and water; cook until thick, about 30 minutes, stir often.
    Pour into hot sterile jars; store in cool place.
