Turkey-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. turkey (in strips)
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain well.
Place in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine; blend in flour and salt.
Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Stir in turkey. Spoon mixture over broccoli.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and melted butter.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
