Bohemian Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rounded tenderized steak
    2 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 (10 oz.) beef gravy or 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    In deep pot, layer meat and onion.
    Mix 1/2 water, beer, gravy, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.
    Pour over meat and onion.
    Simmer for about 75 to 85 minutes.
    Stir together 1/4 cup of water and flour gradually.
    Add to mixture and mix well.
    Cover, uncovered, until thickened.
