Luscious Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. reduced-calorie unsalted tub margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
Cut the margarine into the mixture until it is crumbly.
