Vegetables With Garlic And Ginger Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. yellow beans
1/2 medium red pepper
1 bunch scallions
1 Tbsp. oil
3 cloves garlic
3 slices fresh ginger root
3 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
2 Tbsp. umi plum vinegar
Preparation

Wash all vegetables.
Chop ends off beans, slice pepper lengthwise, cut scallions in 2-inch lengths.
Finely chop garlic and ginger and place in saucepan.
Add tamari and vinegar.
Heat the oil in frying pan until hot.
Add vegetables.
Cover and fry, shaking from time to time.
Bring garlic and ginger to a boil and cook 30 seconds only.
When vegetables are to liking, add sauce, put lid on pan and shake.
Remove to platter and serve.
