Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 soup can water
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. Ritz crackers
    shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and bone chicken.
    Cut up chicken and mix with soup, sour cream and water.
    Pour into casserole dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch). Melt margarine.
    Crush crackers and toss with margarine.
    Cover casserole with Cheddar cheese, then with crackers.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
