Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans beets
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
12 to 18 boiled eggs
Preparation
-
Slowly cook the first four ingredients for 15 minutes.
Add boiled eggs and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Let stand in a covered container until cooled.
Then refrigerate.
