Beef Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/3 c. oil
    6 oz. pkg. egg noodles
    3 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion in oil.
    Pour package of egg noodles (uncooked) over top of hamburg/onion mixture.
    Mix all the other ingredients together.
    Pour this mixture over the noodles.
    Cook for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with a green salad.
