"Steak" Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    10 oz. frozen vegetables
    6 medium diced potatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add margarine and flour.
    Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add remainder of ingredients and stir.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender for approximately 2 hours.
