1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
2 drops green food coloring (optional)
1 (3 oz.) size cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, softened butter and flour together.
Scoop out small amount of dough, about the size of a walnut, and place in mini-muffin pan.
Press dough evenly around sides and bottom, leaving a pocket for the filling.
