Persimmon Cookies By Mary Mcdowall - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening (last)
Preparation
    Drop.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    I double it. (Double everything!)
    I do not grind nuts and raisins.
    I do chop up the nuts.
