Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Dissolve flour in water.
Heat water.
Add salt, mustard and butter.
Add cheese.
Stir constantly until thick.
Pour into jars. Let cool, then refrigerate.
Makes about 2 quarts.
