Meatless Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (11 oz.) can vacuum packed corn
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add onion and pepper.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
    Stir occasionally 15 to 20 minutes, to blend flavors.
    Makes 8 cups, 4 servings.
