Venezuelan Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
2 big carrots
1 small can peas (you can use frozen)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cooked chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 to 4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook potatoes and carrots and cut into bite size pieces. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add the chicken, potatoes, carrots and peas to the sauce mix. Stir well.
