Manju - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and knead until thoroughly mixed.
    Make approximately 2-inch balls.
    Flatten dough and place Koshian filling in the center.
    Fold dough over filling, pinching ends to form a ball.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
