Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. blueberries (if frozen, rinse and pat dry before using)
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl, beat eggs; blend in milk, margarine, nutmeg and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    (Optional:
    Brush top with melted margarine and sprinkle with sugar.)
    Makes 12 large muffins or 18 medium.
