Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef flavor Rice-A-Roni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine rice and vermicelli with ground beef and egg.
    Shape into small meatballs (approximately 20).
    Heat oil in skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
    Combine contents of flavor packet with water.
    Pour over meatballs and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Thicken gravy, if desired.
    Makes approximately 20 meatballs.
